The Village Library decorated the Children and Teen areas for Summer Reading to promote upcoming programs and generate customer questions in anticipation of these upcoming events. 2010/May
The Village Library gets new carpeting and creates more inviting children`s and magazine reading areas 2008/September
The Village Library gets new color coordinating chairs for staff work spaces, both on the public floor and in staff offices. 2010/December
The Village Library installs a large antique wall clock that coordinates with the new inviting reading space in the vaulted ceiling reading area beside the Adult Fiction collection 2009/December
The Village Library is getting a face lift by replacing the original wallpaper with paint and a new color scheme throughout the building. 2010/January
The Village Library mounted a large attractive antique (replica) clock in the adult reading/study alcove, under the high half circle windows on the west wall. 2010/January
The Village Library moved library materials to make room for moving system reserves to the public floor for self-service pick-up. 2010/January
The Village Library offers computer classes such as “Introduction to Microsoft Excel” and “Email Expertise” 2008/December
The Village Library partners with the Village Friends for the Village Fair and raises over $15,000 from sponsorships 2008/June
The Village Library receives new task chairs for 4 staff officies, 3 reference desk stations, and 1 security officer station. 2010/October

The Warr Acres Library wins gold medal in statewide "Trick My Book Truck" competition. 2009/October
The Web Team adds Oklahoma Images Videos to the MLS YouTube site. 2010/July
The Wright Library undergoes ADA renovations to make it more handicap accessible. 2010/June
The young customers of the Capitol Hill Library were featured in the Oklahoman newspaper, as they enjoyed a Twisted! Twister Tournament on May 27. A great time was had by all. 2011/May
The Young Lawyers Division chose the Belle Isle Library as the focus of their Law Day landscaping and beautification project and spent the entire day removing old landscaping debris and plating flowers, shrubs, and bushes to create a more inviting space. 2010/May

There is outstanding program attendance and participation for the Spooky, Chilly, Jump Tales storytelling event at the Choctaw Library. 2010/October

This was a month for festivals: Edmond Library participated in the Edmond Arts Festival, the YMCA Health Fest for Kids, and the Heartland New Day BookFest, so we had a strong presence at community events and promoted library services. 2010/April
