Program Description: 
A presenter will speak about Extra Help, a program from Social Security, available for people with Medicare who meet certain requirements. It can help with all or most monthly premium costs, annual deductibles, and lower the co-payments related to Part D prescription plans. There will also be a discussion over the requirements of the Oklahoma Advance Directive, along with the requirements of the Oklahoma Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Oklahoma Do not Resuscitate (DNR) Act. We hope you will join us to learn more on these important subjects.
