AL 100 Service Area simplified

The commission approved our updates to AL 100 Service Area. We have decided to remove the lengthy written description of the boundary because it does not contribute to the definition of the service area (and is hard to follow!). The Library’s legal counsel advised that we keep the service area policy as general as possible since there are no legal statutes or documents that describe the boundary.

This policy will go into effect August 1, 2016.
