Alex has worked hard to help bring our online ILL service live to users! Like the other ILL Technicians, he was exposed to the new procedures that I created-- some worked, and some failed loudly, but Alex never complained. He handled all the phone communication with MLS staff as they learned to use the service, and gave great instructions.
