Salute: Alex Hinton

Alex has worked hard to help bring our online ILL service live to users! Like the other ILL Technicians, he was exposed to the new procedures that I created-- some worked, and some failed loudly, but Alex never complained. He handled all the phone communication with MLS staff as they learned to use the service, and gave great instructions. Thanks, Alex, for all your effort in making this new service available for everyone!
