OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to the American Immigration Council as of 2015, Oklahoma is home to 235,350 immigrants. The foreign-born population in our state increased 65.8% between 2000 and 2013, according to the Migration Policy Institute. As these numbers rise, the need for English language instruction and citizenship and immigration services continues to increase.

We are so excited that the Friends are having their annual Buy The Box book sale on Saturday, September 11th from 8:30am to 12:30pm (or until sold out). This event will be at their Sort Site at 300 NE 50th Street. Masks will be required/provided. This fundraising/shopping event is free and open to the public.
