UPDATE: OverDrive update not working on Apple devices

Some customers have reported that after reinstalling the app, the titles they have checked out become inaccessible & they are told that the titles are checked out to another user. If you want to avoid the risk of your customer experiencing this problem, tell them to instead read/listen to their title in their browser.

However, the update OverDrive issued yesterday for Apple devices has caused problems that range from not being able to download titles or even open the app. 

From OverDrive's Facebook page: "Many users can have their issues resolved by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app." Since this advice is directly from OverDrive, please share it with those customers who report (or have reported) a problem.
