The FAQs of (Library) Life
The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page contains answers to questions we've received and which you've probably received as well. The FAQ can be accessed at help.metrolibrary.org or by clicking the green Questions/Help button at the top of metrolibrary.org pages. The Email Us link on the FAQ directs users to the Ask a Librarian form in case they don't find their answer in the FAQ and/or would prefer to email us. The FAQ answers questions like:
Can I pay my fines online?
What if I've forgotten my ILL username?
Can I see a history of everything I've checked out?
How many recommendations for purchase I can make for our OverDrive collection?
Should I authorize the OverDrive app with my library card, Facebook account, or OverDrive account?
