Good Morning Staff!
It’s a new day and you know what that means... Day 7 of our 12 days of MyMetrolibrary and today's update will cover the Help Section.
The Help section was created based on feedback received from you, our internal customers, to the Tech Support Committee. The Help section is more than just technical assistance is a directory of essential phone numbers and contact persons to help you when you need help.
This section also contains the link for the Maintenance Request form, which was previously located on the old Intranet’s homepage. Additionally, there is a specialized help section related to the Materials Services Division.
The Technical Assistance area includes the IT Help Desk number along with specialized guides for:
- eMedia
- flickr
- MyMetrolibrary
- MetroU LMS (coming soon)
Anytime you need help, please refer to the Help section of MyMetrolibrary. If you can’t find the answers you need, feel free to use the MyMetrolibrary Assistance Form and someone from Planning will get back with you shortly!
On Monday you’re in for a real treat as we dive in deep to the search functions on MyMetrolibrary.
