One of our "neighborhood cats" had a litter of 7 kittens on August 7th. 4 are all black, and 3 are gray/black striped (like the ones pictured - older sisters of the new batch). Most appear to have green eyes. We haven't been able to determine if they are male/female. They are just learning to drink from a bowl (they were likely premature) and so not quite ready to leave their mother, but they will be soon! They will need to be de-wormed and fixed (which they have to be 2 pounds for). OKC residents qualify to have up to 4 cats fixed for free. There is a clinic the City operates - you can also get deworming and shots from them at a discount, as well. If you take a kitten, we'll get you all the information for the Clinic.
We took in two from the same mother/father a few months back and they are playful, healthy, well-tempered cats. Lots of fun to have around! If you are interested please email me and we can set up a time for you to meet them. We live near VI, and there is usually someone at the house.
Thanks! Mark Schuster
