I love my yoga ball, but I've found it isn't the best solution for sitting at my desk, and if I take it home, my kids will hurt themselves and/or destroy the house with it. It comes with a pump for air. Probably best if you work at the service center since it's not going to fit in intrasystem mail. Although, I could drive it over to you, or you could come here.
I also have a footrest I'm no longer using, that I inherited from a colleague. It's good quality, with a wooden base and a carpeted top.

Don't give away the footrest. It was built in-house by MTC while CAT was housed at CH, so technically it's system property. That said, if someone needs it for use in system, let me know.
