"Many do not know the commitment that Anne makes to our library system. While many of us are asleep in our beds, Anne is busy working. On many occasions, I've witnessed Anne give of her time and effort to help make our organization great. For example, this summer when we had major flooding with no electricity and no air conditioning, we all tried hard to keep our IT systems cool. Maintenance staff left at midnight, but not Anne, as she felt her job wasn't finished. She stayed and had to walk up and down the stairs all night long to monitor the situation - ALL for the benefit of our internal and external customers. It's such an honor to know and work with Anne - she is a true champion." - Roberto Soto
