Many of us will report to different supervisors after the Alignment, when we'll be assigned to teams by whether we are access or engagement. Is there a plan in place to help supervisors write appraisals for new reports they haven't worked with before? This seems like it would be especially important for reports whose appraisals come up soon after the Alignment is fully implemented.

Hi, Crystal, and thanks for the question. I imagine that we will handle this the same way we handle it when any new supervisor comes in ... either the former supervisor will be expected to do it prior to his/her departure or the new supervisor will do it with assistance of the former supervisor. If we identify other options (or if anyone else has a recommendation!) we'll let you know as soon as we know. Hope that helps a little.
