My second favorite book is Are You My Mother by P.D. Eastman. It is a fun read-aloud book!
Why Libraries Matter to Me:
I think libraries change lives! I studied for my GED at Southern Oaks Library. My children maintained their reading skills by participating in the Summer Reading Program yearly. The internet proved very valuable to me when I couldn't afford my own internet at home. My life has been impacted by the services offered at Southern Oaks and I believe other lives can be blessed by the library as well.
