New carpet

New carpet will be installed and a brighter pattern with vibrant colors will create an inviting space, not only in the general library area, but for children and families to enjoy a welcoming space to read books and enjoy computer games by January 2013.

Carpet was installed during construction and completed for move in by January 22, 2013.

The Almonte Library has opened with new carpet that includes two accent colors to designate the youth area of the library.
