Harry went above and beyond to make my day better and quieter! I had a lot of reserves on the shelf to pick up, so I brought a box and a small hand cart down to the reserve shelf. I loaded up my books to cart them to the circulation desk, and this is when I realized that the cart was very squeaky. Harry asked if he could help me, and I jokingly said that I could use some WD-40. While Sharon checked the books out to me, Harry actually found some oil and oiled the wheels of the hand cart for me. Now I won't squeak on my way out the door today, which would have been embarrassing for me and annoying to the other customers. Thanks Harry!

Harry is so good at his job. His collection maintenance skills are wonderful. I especially appreciate the twinkle in his eye and his great sense of humor. He is calmness in the storm personified.
