This is similar to what was said about one of the other values, but I think the word members should be changed to something more inclusive like "customers" or "people".
What exactly does the "highest level of respect" look like? How do we show it. I don't have a wording example, but I would like for this value to give me an idea of where the line between basic and top level respect is. I think this might be especially important because people tend to show and think of respect in different ways.
