Felicia is so warm and welcoming! I was in a bind one Saturday morning when we had a training at DN a few weeks ago. I couldn't find a key for the projector screen in computer lab, and she let me borrow IT's. As I walked out of IT and told Felicia "bye" and "thank you," she said you're welcome with a kind, friendly smile.
