"Dagmar is one of the only people I know who is brave enough to spend all of her evenings in the kids' section of the Edmond Library, which looks like a slow-motion explosion at the best of times. She straightens and shelves all the horrible skinny books, covers the desk while you're off looking for ten Easy books about earthworms, and does it all with a cheery (and only slightly crazed) smile. That is what I feel like saying to all children after Dagmar finishes turning the mess that was the Readers into a masterpiece of full shelves and straight lines. That probably defeats the entire purpose of a library, though, so I don't. Rather, I watch her repeat the process over and over, time and time again, always with a great attitude, always full of extra knowledge on a myriad of subjects, and all the while providing exceptional customer service.
Way to go, Dagmar! You're an exemplar of kindness -- stay classy!
