A millions times yes! The last couple of days Tim has demonstrated his patience with the angry online customers who have decided to make use of the new comment function of the website. Thanks for always being professional and understanding! It's hard to do when people just don't understand how much work you (and many others) are doing to make a positive virtual library experience for everyone.

You deserve this SO much!!!! I was just thinking yesterday you deserve a medal for just the work you're doing answering customer questions online. You are so patient and kind and helpful and it looks like your workload has just increased about a million percent but you're endlessly cheerful and I don't know how you do it!! Congrats!!! :)
