"As I reflected on the “identifying” the next champion, I felt it was a significant challenge that should not to be taken lightly. (I did cheat a little and used our staff directory.) And while there are dozens that I wish I could recognize, I keyed in on Tom. Tom, with his never failing positive attitude, is always there, working hard doing a hard job.
