One of my 1st thoughts when I opened the box was that I wanted to share this with JR. Nothing happens in the CON office without his figure prints on it. Alas – I was told I couldn’t do this. Thanks JR
I am so excited for you Todd. Your dedication to MLS and your early morning conversations around the water cooler or I should say the coffee pot always pep me up. What a way to start the day with many laughs along the way. Your great sense of humor is contagious and I want to thank you so much for the many days of motivational and uplifting words. You are the man with the master plan, a true Champion!

...among the staff! Not getting to work everyday with the public service staff, you'd think Todd would be isolated or aloof, but he's always been the model of a concerned and interested colleague. He always greets me with a smile and a joke, and lets me know he cares about me. A true gentleman and a real library champion! Great job, Todd!
I remember meeting Todd when he was first considering applying for the job here at MLS. He took the time to learn about the system first hand. This was just as example of his thoroughness, interest, and expertise that he has brought to our library system. Todd has contributed greatly to making our facilities reflect the finest library service possible. Thanks for such a good job. And on top of that he always does it with a smile. Sure brightens the day and shows us that "good customer service".
What a true champion. Todd is a humble, generous, thoughtful person who always has a kind word and a smile. He has an infectious optimistic outlook, and we are lucky to have him!
