While serving on the PIE Committee, I had the pleasure of "doing business" with these two awesome people when working on the redesign of the 330 RFP. John and Jeffery never said "No" -- they said, "Let's see how we can do it!" Even though it meant a lot more work for them at the beginning, they were happy to help make data and information gathering more functional and efficient. All of us in the library system have benefitted from their willingness to change and improve tools we use all the time.
