Congratulations, to my old buddy! Dave, you deserve a big pat on the back for all you do for your co-workers here at Southern Oaks and throughout the system. Instead of a chore, you made our remodel and moves a lot of fun and seeing you each day was a treat. We share April birthdays (you still owe me a cake, by the way) and have known each other for decades now and I value you as a co-worker and will always consider you my friend.
Dave was one of the first friends I made when I first started working in the system. He is always ready to lend a hand, is positive, has a big smile to share with everyone, and he gets things done. We here at CH are always glad to see him (with tool bag in hand) because he fixes what's broken and leaves us with a good feeling. Congrats, Dave!

Dave is the man who taught me how to plunge a toilet without getting my adorable shoes wet.
He is also the man who convinced me that the real source of most toilet "issues" is the overuse of toilet paper.
