Congratulations, Diane! What a well-deserved honor for one of the nicest, toughest, hardest working library aides of all time.
Diane is the MacGyver of our time. She can pitch a play tent for our summer reading program, she can teach a class on scrapbooks made out of paper bags. She can fix most anything that is broken (probably with chewing gum and a hairpin) and then show off the most ornate handmade greeting cards. And whether she is creating or fixing or shelving, she does it all with a smile and the kindest of spirits. We are so lucky to have her here at ED. Congrats, Diane!!
Diane walked up to me on my first day of work at the Edmond library and immediately made me feel like a friend she'd known for years. She is kind and funny and just like Amy said, she can do ANYTHING. She is awesomely dedicated to her job and I am honored to work with her! Yay Diane!!!

Diane is definitely an all-star among all-stars. She works like some unnaturally busy beaver/bee hybrid, and maintains an upbeat attitude that makes you forget that it's first thing in the morning and there's nowhere to park.
