I agree with Katrina, Heidi models the behavior of a true champ. I know I can count on her to be positive and lift me up in many different ways. She is a tireless advocate for the library system and for those who volunteer. I know that when I acted as Volunteer Coordinator at the DN library, she was always available to answer my questions. And, she has been tireless in helping to recruit volunteers for our CH homework help program. Way to go, Heidi!
