Heidi really is a true champion! She is very professional, and always does her best to endure speedy processing. She treats people with kindness and respect, and I know she has a very giving spirit as well, and is no stranger to giving gifts like handmade scarves, or participating in outreach help for people in the community. She always has a kind smile and positive words. Love you, Heidi Johnson! I am so glad that everyone will know that you are a true champion!

Heidi, I have meant to thank you for a long time for the great tour you gave my training group on Halloween!!! It was fun that you were in full costume and had a fun hat on that would move around as you talked. The tour was really interesting and I appreciate the time you took out of your schedule to give the Reserves Class I attended such a fantastic tour! (Your employees were great too!)
