A customer told me that her son absolutely adores Sally, and is so entralled with her that he calls the Village Library "Miss Sally's House." She commented on Sally's exceptional customer service, and her ability to make each child feel like they are the most important person in the world to her. At a program, she noticed that Sally knew each child's name and that each one felt similarly loved and respected by her. Way to go Sally! You inspire me!
