Volunteer Measuring Stick Survey Administered and focus begins for 2013

The Volunteer Measuring Stick Survey will be sent to all currently active volunteers to measure their level of engagement and fulfillment through their experience with the library system. Staff will be coached by the volunteer coordinator throughout the year to improve in each of the 12 areas the questions address.
