Teen Filmmaking Competition and Festival

It's hard to believe but 2013 saw the 6th edition of Downtown Library's "I Can't Believe I Shot That" filmmaking contest for teens. Conceived and hosted by Kimberly Edwards, the event attracts kids in grades 6-12 to compete for prizes and bragging rights.
