Staff Development
Managers of Library Operations will attend at least two job related/professional level training per year.
Managers of Library Operations will discuss a variety of relevant topics on management and leadership using John Maxwell's "Power Lunch & Learn" series as the primary resource.
A Forum to enhance the growth and development of Assistant Managers of Library Operations will be held at least 3 times each year.
A training component will be part of Managers of Library Operations monthly meetings where articles, books and other resources can be discussed/shared. The Managers of Library Operations online forum will be used to continue discussions.
Director of Library Operations will plan and facilitate at least one joint Managers and Assistant Managers of Library Operations meeting/activity each year.
Director of Library Operations will share information with Library Operations staff each week to assist in their growth and development.
