Spoticus Breakfast Cultivation Event

In May of 2014, the Development Department worked with the Northwest Library to create our first “Cultivation Event.” The event theme was Breakfast with Spoticus. The event focused on inviting donors from the NW Library area, NW Library customers, and the general public to bring their children to a morning of fun in order to learn about the new Summer Reading program in total more than 65 individuals from the community attended. The event gave the public an opportunity to learn about a new service at the library, gain information about how to support the library and connect with the staff of many departments.
