Replace unstable nonfiction shelving

To improve the safety of staff and customers, new shelving will be purchased to replace the unstable nonfiction shelving during FY 13-14.

Since this budget item was approved in the FY 13-14 budget, A RFP was sent to BUS in December 2013.
Bids were obtained and one vendor selected at the January 2014 Library Commission meeting. The shelving was ordered and set to arrive at the end of February.
The new shelving was installed March 25 and 26. The new shelving is much more stable and easier to adjust. Three frames were damaged so replacements were ordered.
