To ensure prompt payment of Performers, publish on a monthly basis a list of Performers and their status on Affidavits of Exempt Status as well as Contractors banned from working in the libraries due to non-compliance with providing Affidavits of Exempt Status or Workers Comp Insurance Fact sheets.
