Monthly check in with SPOCs at each location

Volunteer Coordinator will check in by e-mail, over the phone or in person with each SPOC at least one time during the month to ensure all questions are answered, ideas are captured and relationships are strengthened. This will be an informal communication time.
Trainings for SPOCs will also be held as needed for networking, problem solving and empowerment.
