John Rex Elementary Weekly Library Visits

John Rex Elementary has officially started their Walking Wednesday schedule, which is strongly focused on Downtown Library visits. Every grade level will visit the library every two weeks. Each child will have the opportunity to select 2 books to check out on their own library card. These books will stay at school and will be returned by their classroom teachers before their next visit. The Downtown Library will welcome and assist between 135-200 children every Wednesday morning.
