John Rex Elementary School—Downtown Library Orientations and Tours

Librarians, Jessica Gonzalez and Lisa Bradley, provided John Rex students, teachers, and parent volunteers with a basic orientation of the Downtown Library and tours of the Children’s area. Throughout the month of September, fourteen classes (pre-k to 2nd grade) met Downtown staff members and learned about library etiquette, materials, and services.
