Introduce the features of the new catalog

With the assistance of Planning and Development, NW held an event to introduce the features of the new catalog to NW customers. During this event, customers were given a tutorial on the basic functions of the catalog and a few tips on searching and reserving materials. Customers were also given the opportunity to ask questions of the trained staff to help them use the resources more effectively.
