Increase programming for Tweens

Provide programming other than LEGO club for young people between storytimes and teen activities.

Cheryl started offering a gaming program for Tweens on Saturday the same week of Teen Game Night in 2012.
Several of the programs offered on Thursday morning in June 2014 & July 2014 were provided by the Science Museum and targeted to the Tween age.
The program Crafty Art for children ages 7-11 was added to the monthly offerings on a Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. beginning in January 2015. This program will probably be changed from once a month to twice.
