Capitol Hill Library staff will provide detailed information when writing entries for the online calendar of events, which in turn will assist MaC in their ability to write a press release, a social media post, design fliers or ads, or write entries for the INFO magazine.
- 2/14: Staff attend training to aid in writing descriptions for the online calendar and Info magazine entries -- BLT: Writing with the Right Ingredients
- 3/14: Staff participate in testing the PPC (Program Planning Checklist), a prototype designed by Kellie Delaney in Planning. Program descriptions can be accessed through "The Blurb Bank"
- 6/14: Staff train to use Sign-up, new software for our calendar of events, and explore different roles available for entering information
- 11/14: Staff begin logging program attendance solely in Spaces, saying goodbye to mlsRoomManager
- 4/15: Librarian Role, Publisher Role, and Manager Role filled -- all programs are now being planned using recommendations made by the PIE Committee and the Sign-up software
