Create Summer Volunteer Video Training Scenarios

Training videos available on the web will be produced and made available for staff and teen volunteers to view prior to summer at the library. In addition to the information that needs to be conveyed through each customer interaction, each scenario will incorporate specific expectations of behavior that should be present. This tool will enable staff who supervise summer volunteers to have a point of reference for successful interactions and enhance the customer experience.
