Enhanced annual, audited Financial Statements

The audited Financial Statements were expanded this year (year ending June 30,2012) to include two years data instead of only one. Also, the separate audit for the Flexible Spending Plan was absorbed into the main financial audit, resulting in a single set of financial statements being issued, rather than the previous two. These changes were designed to make the statements more meaningful to their readers.
