Prior to the opening of the NW Library, staff hired for NW worked at various libraries around the system as part of their orientation and training.

Strategic Plan Response/Goal: 
Information Fluency: All visitors can expect library staff to have uptodate knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver library services.
