Library staff will offer information about YA computer sign up to customers in that age range to ensure that customers are aware of that resource.
- During all library tours, Northwest staff explains to customers that we have YA computers and age range for sign-up.
- Teen customers asking about public computer availability are offered the option of YA computers.
- Teens receiving new library cards are informed about the availability of YA computers.

The IT division created a Tax Forms page that is a one stop shop for tax forms that can be printed in the library for free. This provides a great time saving tool for library patrons.

IT setup and supported a number of eReaders so that our employees are better prepared help our customers who use them as well as manage the library collection with our proprietary software apps.

IT coordinated wiring of the Northwest Library from the contract bidding process through the actual installation and beyond. IT also set up the network, sorter, circulation software/hardware, public computers and security surveillance system.
