Why is a transfer to another location, if an employee wants to move, not part of this alignment?
It is outside the scope of the Alignment in order to reduce unnecessary complexity. The Alignment is not about allowing staff to change venues based solely on their desire to work at another location. All staffing changes will be based on the needs of the organization.
