The half-time and part-time employees are asking if they will still work the same number of hours, or if they will be combined into full-time positions. I am assuming that their pay remains the same, so their hours will remain the same.

Changing the number of hours staff work is not part of the Alignment, and so Part time and Half time employees will continue to work the same hours. Having said that, vacant positions will be evaluated by supervisors to determine if additional hours are necessary/advantageous, but this will be done outside of the Alignment Project.
