In order to better utilize our current staff members' expertise, how do you plan on finding out what our individual expertise is?

We will ask staff to describe their strengths and how they see themselves best fitting in the Aligned organization. The specific process has not been finalized, but when it is, we will communicate it to all staff. Ultimately, we will need to match the self-selected strengths to the needs of the organization and the positions available.
