  • Erin: Managers need to walk around outside your building at least once a day, preferably twice a day, noticing things, pick up trash. Any staff can do this in pairs.
  • Action: scan monthly list/calendar into PSM new folder by 3rd of the month

 

Summer Reading - Emily Williams

  • Action: Reminder to have all staff complete training by April 30th: 20 minutes training, plus in-person or Zoom training for new staff and all managers
  • Big point: Prize pickups start June 1
  • Teen volunteers are back!

Volunteers - Heidi Port

  • Shared volunteer policy, procedures, and volunteer handbook updates
  • Samaritan software upgrades including local scheduling and interviews
  • Increasing opportunities for volunteers based on library needs

 

AM vs LMT SharePoint – Tricia

  • Seeking feedback: Sending documents from AM to LMT SharePoint as GX tie-in

ED 2 report - Risa 

  • Slide show of group activities since July 2021, data gathered, considering options,
  • Needs: 16-17 FTE, 40k items, $1-1.5M budget, potentially reallocate 6-7 FTE

Meeting Rooms – gathering feedback - Tim 

  • Tim went over the draft email to customers for “no show” room reservations. AS do not have this button, will need to send email to a manager or engagement staff who has access to events to click the “no show” button
  • Tim will add that email feature this afternoon

 Safety: Quarterly Facilitates Checklist - Erin 

  • Gathering feedback on new quarterly facilities checklist
  • Action: send Erin feedback or questions about the proposed list by 4/22

 Location sharing: News and updates from various locations

 Breakout Rooms: Group broke into breakout rooms for peer discussion of specific topics
