Project Update

We are nearing the finish line with our new Performance Development System. The Singer Group has integrated feedback from focus groups into a final draft of the system and delivered it to Organizational Development. Singer has also provided a list of outstanding action items, which includes finalizing the rollout timeline and testing phase for our new system. At present, we plan to use Paycom, integrating the Performance Development System into the existing software. Systems integration and final program workflow are currently in progress and next steps on training and implementation will be shared when confirmed.
