Project Update
The following are the current updates on the performance development system and the compensation/classification study:
- Performance Development: Program materials—such as forms, guides, FAQ, and timelines—have been developed and will be reviewed with the Performance Development Committee and leadership team over the next two weeks. We are targeting the week of August 21 to share the materials with the focus groups and then hope to finalize the materials by the end of August.
- Compensation and Classification: We are in the process of reviewing the public services staff Position Description Questionnaires. Thanks you to all of your for your detailed and well thought out responses. The custom compensation survey went out to participants last week and responses will be due back in August.
As always, please visit the intranet projects sites for further updates. So many of you have actively participated in these projects to date and we can’t thank you enough for your input and engagement.
